SWL's New Look

Instead of actually upgrading the USER functionality, I have made SWL just a little bit prettier. Aside from user-friendliness, all of my changes affect the administrators only. I'm in the process of cleaning up the code, but no off-site SWL pages should be affected. Wallow in the wonderfullness of the Shrub.com style. I command it.
